The Lombardini Family has devoted itself enthusiastically to the Cennino Farm since 1965. In 2020, the farm began converting to organic farming out of respect for the surrounding environment.
Located in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, the winery has about 17 hectares of vineyards, two of olive groves, and 20 of woodland. This mix of crops makes the Chianti Classico area one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany.
Cennino Farm’s vineyards are found at about 480 meters above sea level.
Thus, this specific local characteristic gives this grape variety freshness and longevity, making it the Prince of Chianti Classico.
